Kick back and relax in this completely updated, luxurious, reverse floor plan condominium with 42' boat slip is located in the heart of Ocracoke Village and close to many shops, activities, and restaurants. Stroll down the street for lunch, or to visit the OPS Museum, then catch an amazing Ocracoke Sunset from the base dock parking lot. Visit the nearby Working Watermen's Museum, enjoy hand scooped ice cream, or do some shopping -all this and more is within an easy walk of your condo. Watch the ferries dock, and the fishermen bring in their daily catch from the comfortable screened in porch.

Down Creek Condo D102 is the second unit off Silver Lake Harbor. Enjoy harbor views, beautiful sunsets, and outdoor dining from the furnished screened porch. Lots of windows let in light and views from the living and dining areas.

This Ocracoke Island condo has two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area. One full bath with soaking tub, separate shower, and double sinks. A half bath is located on the second level.

Features include three cable TVs, complimentary wireless internet access, central heat/AC, and ceiling fans. The kitchen features a gas stove, Keurig and Regular drip coffee pot. Washer/dryer. Boat dock available.

The exterior offers a screened porch with a couch for napping and a dining table. Two Adirondack chairs outside the front door on the open deck. Shared outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower and fish cleaning station.

Sheets and towels provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

Short Stays are available with a three-night minimum. In the off season these shorter stays are bookable anytime in advance, in peak season shorter stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

No Pets. No Smoking. Parking Available for One Vehicle only.

Outstanding Ocracoke Views

Booked this because it promised views and there’s nothing better than having a place where you don’t have to walk to enjoy the beauty of where you’re staying. From the large screened porch with the view of the harbor to the bright, open living space with view of the town, I can’t imagine any better setting.

We all need to totally get away and step into a different world. The condo in Ocracoke was that. Condo had beautiful views, quiet, clean, welcoming, close to everything on foot. When remotes on tv didn’t work., they were replaced the next day. Communication with rental agent was super
