The cottage is located on a small unpaved private lane that conveniently leads to a footpath offering a short walk or bike ride to shops, galleries, restaurants, and Silver Lake Harbor.

The second floor bedrooms are connected by a small foyer area (please see photos). A door at the top of the stairway provides privacy to the second floor.
