Full bath with shower only. Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 1 Roku TV with apps. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, microwave, apartment-sized stove, and a coffee maker. Washer/Dryer (located in laundry shed). Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. The exterior offers a deck with seating, a dining table, and an electric grill. Small screened porch. Outdoor hot/cold shower. No dishwasher. No Pets Allowed. No Smoking. Maximum parking for two cars only. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. This home can be reserved in advance with any arrival and departure date mid-October through end of 2023, subject to a three night minimum. Relaxing

We found rustic charm here and a snippet of a simpler way of life. We came in early Spring, when the weather still made access to and from the island unpredictable, but our stay was quite relaxing. There was an issue with property at first, but the management company took our call on a weekend and the owners quickly fixed it: Steve and Marty, are lovely people.

The back house is the best

A beautifully maintained property . Right in the heart of back road . You can’t beat it. It made the Ocracoke experience all the better

Awesome place

My brother and I loved your place. We were fishing the entire time. We were only there to sleep. Still a great place and peaceful. We will be back in the spring. Thank you so much. Sorry it took so long to leave a review, it was back to work as usual. You have a very nice place. So great to talk to the owner. Super nice.

Peaceful and Refreshing

Great cozy location

The location is excellent! Right in the middle of everything. The unit itself is very cozy. Perfect for two couples and you could even put a couple kids on air mattress upstairs if you wanted. The owner also lives nearby and is very nice. We’d definitely stay here again.
