This home offers a spacious first-floor open floor plan. The second floor features a den with a wet bar and mini-refrigerator and a reading retreat with expansive water views.

3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: 2 with Queen, 1 with two Twins. Double Futon in den and Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, four cable TVs, and a DVD player. Mini refrigerator in the second-floor den. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a private dock, bulkhead, screened porch with picnic table overlooking Pamlico Sound, hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking.
