Wonderful huge house. Great for larger families. Lots of restrooms. Bedrooms large. Master bedroom is hige with very big bathroom shower and jacuzzi tub. Private entrance from pool. Beautiful big windows overlooking the beautiful pool and lights. The koi pond is so relaxing and peaceful. The backyard is very large. Our family loves this home. It has every amenity possible !! Great barbecue!! will continue to stay here as long as its available!!

The house and grounds were just wonderful! The house was so spacious and very clean . The backyard with the pool, hot tub , koi pond , gazebo and waterfall was delightful ! We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the setting . We hope to return for another family vacation next year !

We only had one issue and the host handled it immediately. Fantastic home and extremely spacious. All the bedrooms have private baths which was great. Very quiet and private backyard/pool area. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Pool service team came twice while we were there to make sure everything was clean and operating properly. Home shows some signs of wear and aging, but everything worked great. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. There were a few issues with the spa however the property manager was super responsive and we appreciated all he and his assistant did to make our stay great. Would definitely go back!

The house was spacious, open, and beautifully designed for a comfortable, relaxing time in the desert. We all enjoyed it immensely. The property is very well cared for and the manager responsive and always always helpful which is important because a few things required assistance. High quality but aging grill, dishwasher, need repair or replacement.

The host met us at the property upon arrival for a quick tour and instructions on how to navigate amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, garage door, etc.). The property was clean and had everything we needed for a week of vacation. It is in a great location, very quiet/secluded despite being in the middle of a neighborhood, and tons of space both inside and out. Would highly recommend.

The AC was inadequate. All bedrooms got too hot. The manager's recommendation helped. It made it tolerable, but one doesn't want tolerable when on vacation. Also, there were ants in all bathrooms and the kitchen. The manager said they are looking for water. Dah!

The house is equipped with two 5 ton HVAC units. When the guest called to ask about the temperature. I told them to lower the thermostat to a lower temperature. The outdoor temperature during their stay was 101 degrees. I find it odd that no one else has complained about the internal air especially during the summer months. As far as the issue of ants, the complaint is now that they were in all the bathrooms and kitchen but when the guest called he said there were a few ants in the kitchen. A few is far different than an infestation of ants in the house. After their departure, the cleaning crew and my assistant didn't find any ants in the house.
