This property is fantastic! It has a fabulous pool and the hot tub is perfect. There’s also perfect shade both under the eves and the little umbrella. It made the heat completely comfortable though it never got in the 100’s while we were there. The beds are comfy and the big couch on the living room was perfect for watching playoff hockey! We had a great time and will be back!!

Beautiful property. We would consider using it again for our annual trip.

I must say that the property managers are excellent. They respond quickly which was very impressive. Would recommend this to any of my friends. Looking forward to our next stay.

Relaxing home away from home

It felt like home away from home. Anything you may need was easily found in the home. The indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect to relax and spend time with family and friends. You won’t be disappointed in this relaxing property.

Great Property for Girls Weekend

We had a great time - pool/spa was lovely! The kitchen was well appointed, beds were very comfortable and the living room/dining room was a great spot to hang out. Close to the airport but a little bit of a hike to downtown. Only minor complaint was the shower heads need an upgrade, again minor, but who doesn't appreciate a good shower. Would recommend and return for sure!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We had a wide age range from 16-87 and it was comfortable for all. The rental company was fantastic! Easy in and easy out, while they stayed in contact to ensure everything was going well with our stay. We found the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the pool fantastic and the living/dining areas comfortable. We will be back.

Family getaway

We loved this home! The bedrooms spacious and the beds were super comfortable! The kitchen had good appliances and was well appointed. Large living room and dining area! The yard truly was an oasis with beautiful pool and spa. We spent a lot of time on the patio. This home was perfect for our 7 adult family members!!

Things started out rough at this rental in Palm Springs. We had trouble with heating our hot tub several times. However, my calls to the host company were always answered promptly and kindly. They were super helpful during our entire four weeks day. In the end, they even refunded some of our payment for heating the pool and hot tub. I would definitely rent from them again. The house we stayed in was comfortable and in a good location.

Girls Trip to PSP for Modernism

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this perfect house. Plenty of room for 4 of us to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and morning walks through the neighborhood which was great. We liked watching the dog parade along the golf course out back. Property manager was really, really helpful when one of our crew wasn't feeling well. And they brought us a fun Valentine's Day surprise. 5 star experience all the way around!

Very Nice Property

This is a nice property but make sure you read the details carefully regarding street parking, music etc. It's very restrictive so if you want to be enjoying you time outside at night or want to listen to music then please read carefully!

Great Stay in Palm Springs

What a beautiful property in the heart of Palm Springs. This home was perfect for our annual girls golf getaway and comfortably slept all eight of us! The outdoor pool/hot tub and backyard retreat was a great place to spend the afternoons or end the day. And the family room was perfect to gather together and watch the hockey playoffs! The property management communicated lots with us before our stay and while we were there. We even got those fabulous muffins others had been raving about. ;-) I would highly recommend this place and would stay again. It was super close to stores, the airport and downtown. Thank you again for a great stay!

Christmas in Palm Springs

Property was run down - stained carpet, stove tripped the breaker, fire pit was not working (burst of flame when we tried to light it). Loose tile on ledge between pool and spa. However, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice.

Great place for a Palm Springs getaway!

We had a great time in Palm Springs and the house is in a perfect location close to downtown and surrounding areas! The pool and spa are so beautiful at night and we spent a lot of time on the patio using both of these and also the fire pit. The kitchen has everything you will need and want. And the hosts thought of a lot of nice touches like a welcome basket and makeup washcloths. The management company is top notch and available 24/7. We had one small issue with the spa and they were out to help within minutes. Plus, they stopped by later with a dozen muffins to compensate us for the very, very minor problem. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Gathering of the Geezers

This was a gathering of 3 octogenarian siblings and their spouses and adult progeny. Shaded patio and spa provided perfect setting for day-drinking and reminiscing. All rooms were nicely furnished, spacious, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Received a nice gift of chocolates from property manager, which we promptly re-gifted to hosts of a neighboring party. Had some issues figuring out how to work the spa, which were easily addressed by quick call to property manager. Cook top in kitchen went on the fritz, and we received a small refund for our trouble without having to ask for it. We were treated at all times by management like a welcomed guest in their home!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Check in was simple, and you get exactly what is advertised. The biggest positive for us, was the fact that the house faces west, meaning the back yard is under shade from 1:00 pm until sunset….huge difference!!!! All fans, air and refrigeration were flawless.

This property is gorgeous & the hosts didn’t miss anything. We spent three nights with 5 adults & 3 children. The home is spacious and rooms are quiet. Pool/spa easy to operate. Hosts had a rep stop by on 2nd day to bring baked goods & ensure all was working & we were happy. Kitchen is a little tight, best for one/two cooks if making a large meal. Beautiful views across the golf course fairways. I plan to book again.
