You were a wonderful guest, and I’d be happy to host you again anytime!
I didn’t have access to the whole house. I should have access to 4 bedrooms and 4 baths only had 3
I was charged additional taxes after booking was paid. I didn’t have access to the whole house as stayed. The basement was locked off for usage. I had to go out and purchase hand soap, paper towels, coffee pods and no instructions where they some basic thing like internet. I had contact the host more than I needed to.

Hello Martin,
Thank you for your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. I’d like to address a few points:
Regarding the additional taxes – these are typically calculated and added by the platform at checkout, but I understand how that might have been confusing. I’ll review my listing to ensure all costs are clearly communicated upfront.
As for the basement, it is listed as not part of the guest-accessible areas, but I’ll make sure that detail is more prominent so there’s no room for misunderstanding.
I also apologize for the inconvenience of missing essentials like hand soap, paper towels, and coffee pods. These are normally stocked, and I’ll be following up with my cleaning team to ensure nothing is overlooked in the future.
Lastly, I regret that you had difficulty accessing basic information like the Wi-Fi. I’ll work on providing clearer welcome instructions going forward so guests have everything they need without having to reach out frequently.
Thank you again for your stay, and I appreciate the honest feedback; it helps me improve for future guests.
