Our place is equipped for everyday living, long stays available with kit, wash & dryer. the shared bathroom is always clean. this pace is near Times Square and other NYC attractions, just 30 minutes to Manhattan via bus (depending on traffic) or Ferrys just 15 minutes. Minimum stay: 30+ days plus. Friendly guest host. Service dogs must be confirmed before booking. Close to Liberty International Airport (EWR). This place is only for adult with minimum
