There are two additional rooms in the home that contain beds. For clarity, these are rooms with doors that can be closed for additional privacy. They are labeled as a “Living Room” above.

Guest Access:
This home has locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Located near the famous, oak-shaded Magazine Street in the Garden District, renowned for its unique shopping experience down several miles of boutique stores, bars and restaurants, you’ll find yourself on the doorstep of New Orleans’s finest hot spots. Boasting the best antique and thrift shopping in the city, the district also offers incredible jazz venues, delicious mom and pop eateries, and institutions like the home of "Interview with a Vampire" author Anne Rice. You are a short walk to the historic Layfayette cemetery and famed Commander’s Palace, a fine-dining creole restaurant that has become a New Orleans institution.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by foot, bike, Uber, or taxi. The French Quarter is a short taxi/Uber. The number 11 bus also runs every 20 minutes directly to the Quarter.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.
–The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.
–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
