Perfect family getaway

This property exceeded our expectations! It was clean and fun for the family. Our kids loved the pool table and Pac-Man ! It was very spacious. We visited family at nearby Avila so the location was very convenient for us. The check in process was very easy. Very likely to rent this property again,

Our initial reaction was that this property exceeded our expectations, but that quickly dwindled. Host was not very personable and was heartless. My husband was undergoing cancer tx twice a day. His last treatment was at 1:00 and the host wanted another 100.00 to stay a few extra hrs, after paying over 6600.00 for our stay. Property was not even booked the next day. He told us we had to be out by 10:00 when the website stated checkout was 11:00 (which he changed after I pointed it out). Be aware that property sleeps 10, but only seats 4 in the living area, and kitchen was poorly stocked. There is alot more I could post, but I will just say this should not have an exceptional rating... mostly due to the host

Hi Renee, we apologize you didn't have a great stay with us. Your total cost was for 37 nights, and over the course of your stay we went above and beyond to have vents cleaned spotless, baseboards, pest control treatments that you requested us to do additional.
