About this property

Beautiful Victorian Downtown Amherst w/ Electric Car Charger

Our historic home is a 5 minute walk to the cafes, shops and restaurants in downtown Amherst. Our home is also walking distance (also 5 minutes) to UMASS Amherst and Amherst College. The wrap-around porch is a wonderful place to relax and entertain friends and watch the sunset. There are 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a music room, living room, dining room and modern kitchen and kitchen nook, which we use for crafting. There is a working fireplace in the living room. The yard has a colorful perennial garden and is fenced in. The driveway fits several cars. The neighborhood is extremely friendly. The house has a level 2 electric car charger.

Spacious and cozy Amherst weekend!

My family and I stayed for graduation weekend this spring; the house was huge and had plenty of space, beds, towels and linens for all of us, along with any kitchen items we could have thought to need!The neighborhood is so lovely, and its an easy walk into downtown Amherst or little pubs and shops nearby; there's a driveway big enough for several cars, and a dining room that sat all of us very comfortably for meals.On a more personal note, it is clear that this home is full of good memories, and every room feels suffused with love; we kept commenting on how we felt like we were getting to know the full time residents just by seeing all the wonderful character and charm that decorates this house. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with a big group looking for somewhere that feels like a home away from home!
