( Cold spells can not guarantee 87° water temperature. ) This charming house is the ideal place to unwind, relax, and experience all that beauty Southwest Florida has to offer. Just a short drive away, you’ll find many local pristine beaches where you can relax and rejuvenate. The property is close to Pelican Island, Fort Myers, Sanibel beaches and scenic parks, and dining options for amazing sunsets. The heated pool has Southern exposure, making it the perfect spot to soak up the sun.
