This is a great house. It had everything we needed. Was well set up for two families. The pool and hot tub were heated and worked. The house was well maintained. In a very nice neighborhood. We had a great stay and would certainly stay again!

The Villa was in excellent shape all round. Very spacious living area, loved the style and decor. Easy access to the pool area and also the sun deck on the Canal. We both had a wonderful stay and found the bed and the finishing both inviting and comfortable. Being both wildlife enthusiasts and photographers an added bonus was the burrowing Owls in close proximity to us and the wonderful array of different bird species that constantly paid us a visit. In the canal we had a daily visit from dolphins too. We did have rainfall each day, which was usually late afternoon sometimes accompanied with thunder and lightning, which didn’t affect us or our plans at all, infact if we were at home we could watch with intrigue as we sat on one of the outdoor sofa’s. Additionally, following each storm a glorious display of colors and cloud formations would follow. I would fully recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to Cape Coral, the owner even had his and hers bicycles and Kyak’s complete with safety equipt for our use. Just Perfect ! We will certainly consider coming back next year. Paul and Donna

Peaceful & Beautiful

Every amenity a guest could ask for. Beautiful house and grounds. Watch the sunrise and sunset down on your private dock. Great location for restaurants and shops.

It was wonderful.We were able to observe alligators, turtles, and other animals in the pond by the pool.We will stay at this house again for our vacation in Cape Coral next year.

Beautiful and clean property, perfect.

Can't wait to go back. Not a negative thing about this property. Owners even provide info about the area from beaches to food to entertainment. So relaxing.

The place was great, just as described. l My husband and I loved the open airy indoor space, and the relaxing outdoor space. A truly beautiful area. So close to everything on Delprado Blvd. The local cape coral museum was fun.
