Quaint 3 bedroom home. Clean and inviting. Plenty of linens and amenities. Commutative and accommodating host. Great location just 3 blocks from uptown Normal.

The host was very helpful. We were able to to communicate directly that the AC was out and he sent someone and it was fixed just hours after we checked in. Do know that this is a college area so there are college parties as well as residential, a blend of both worlds. It was good with our guests but with older family coming on the next trip, we did cancel and switch properties. All the comforts of home both in the kitchen and all around the home. Bring your folding chairs and sit outside with a cup of coffee or cook a meal and enjoy it in the dining area. Great for small groups.

Cozy and well-appointed

Central location for local shopping, artist galleries and good restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking some light meals and making coffee/tea. Couch perfect gathering spot for movie watching. Host is wonderful!

All of the above. Opening the door we were impressed at how clean and neat the place was. There were Kleenex boxes in every room, which really got put to use as I caught a cold, while there. It was the little touches that impressed me, such as the makeup washcloths. The coffee bar was well stocked with filters, various coffees, and k-pods. We eat in a lot, and there were plenty of spices etc. in the kitchen. I have stayed at other places where you had to supply your own. This saved buying a lot of stuff. There was an instance where we running low on certain supplies. I contacted Ryan and they were on the front porch a very short time later. The host went above a beyond I think. The shower was awesome. My wife was so impressed that we bought the same shower head when we returned home.
