TERRIBLE!!!!TERRIBLE!!!!!

Worst experience of my families life at a VRBO- Chase the host said "he would do his best to make this right" that came in a text-then his phone was put on silence!! I reached out to him on April 7th and 8th-received NOTHING-he took my money and he said nothing!!! I think VRBO should remove him from your site-because that will give you a bad name. Thanks,
