Quiet lakefront retreat in gated community on Lake Palestine with beautiful views inside and out. This charming two story lakefront is located 15 minutes southwest of the historic Tyler, Texas. It offers a boat dock great for fishing, beach for swimming, fire pit, BBQ, hammock, cable tv with a sports package, double-car drive-thru carport and a marina just 2min down the road. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat in a tranquil environment this is the place for you. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The three bedrooms have high-end memory foam and pillow-top queen mattresses, with soft linens that will make it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The back porch has two levels with a beautiful views of the large tree-lined backyard and the gorgeous lake.

Relaxation Plus!

From the minute we sat on the porch, our stress dissolved. This was the PERFECT weekend getaway! Our host helped hook us up with a fishing guide, and we FEASTED like royalty! Kitchen is well stocked with necessary cookware and dishes, beds were great, house was super comfortable, and the view of the lake was priceless! Will definitely book again!

Perfect lakeside getaway

The lake views are beautiful! It was a perfect swimming area for our children ages 1-14. We all enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards and fishing from the pier! The house was clean and very comfortable. There was a power outage due to a storm. Holly was super nice and communicated well with us. We had such an amazing time and can't wait to go back!

Beautiful property

The house and property were beautiful. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Every room in the house was beautifully decorated and the house was decorated for Christmas. Everything was perfect from the big windows facing the lake to the awesome master bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was friendly and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel welcome. We will definitely return in the summer.

Relaxing Lake Getaway

We were 5 adults who enjoyed this lakeview property as our first outing since the pandemic began. The property is beautiful. The house is nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the deck and we spent every evening around the firepit. Good tv, comfortable beds and superior water pressure in the shower. The house next door is very close to the rental. There is no fence separating the two houses. It posed no problem for us since we are all over 60, but if we had children in our party I might have worried about disturbing the neighbors. The house was very relaxing. The lake was beautiful. Many opportunities to observe birds and to interact with the sweet Mr. Cooper, the community dog. We were somewhat confused by the departure instructions which said not to leave more than two loads of laundry for the housekeeper to do, but otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
