Our 116m² apartment on the 5th floor (lift access, no lugging bags up stairs!) is a comfy, fuss-free spot to call home in Dubai.

You’ll get 2 bedrooms — one with a king bed, the other with a queen — a laid-back living area to chill in, and a kitchen with the basics for quick, easy meals. There’s also a washer so you can pack light and keep things fresh.

Both bathrooms come with clean towels and toiletries ready for you.

We’ll have the place tidied up when you arrive, and if you’d like daily cleaning, we can sort that upon request for a small extra cost.

NOTE: Please note that there are two buildings under construction nearby, directly in front of the balcony, which may cause some noise or disruption during your stay.

Just a heads up: Dubai’s a buzzing, fast-growing city — so you might hear a bit of that energy outside. If the noise bothers you, some earplugs will do wonders.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
