Welcome to Casa de Cortez! This brand new, spacious home with stunning views and a private pool & hot tub, is also just a 3 minute walk to the beach!

Located in the private gated campo of La Perla Del Mar, a 10 minute drive from downtown San Felipe. Make yourself at home at this luxurious, relaxing villa. 3 Bedrooms- Each with their own ensuite bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor dining area, BBQ, & fully furnished patio.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with amazing views! We loved how close the beach was to the house. The home was fully equipped to make it a comfortable stay. The kids loved the pool. It’s close to the town of San Felipe, the marina for fishing charter, the giant cacti and atv rentals. We will definitely be booking another family vacation to this house.
