Chairs in every bedroom, because sometime you need to sit to put your shoes on. Enjoy ample seating for your entire group in the den—no one is left out. Lamps are placed just where you need them, hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms, because you just need hooks when you travel! • 2-minute drive or short 10-minute walk to downtown Brandon, with local dining, shopping, and grocery stores.
• 3-10 minute drive to Brandon Amphitheater, Shiloh Park, The Vault wedding venue, The Quarry Baseball Fields and walking trails and local schools & ball-fields.
• Short drive to local shopping: Pearl Outlet, and Bass Pro Shops.
• 20-minute drive to Jackson, MS for more attractions.

• Entire house including carport and laundry room with exception of locked owners closet and locked shed in back yard.
• Central AC, high-speed WiFi, and easy-access device charging.
• Well-equipped kitchen with vintage dinnerware, Keurig, and drip coffee maker.
• Spacious great room with a smart TV, game table, and extra seating.
• Two full baths.
• Pet-friendly.
• Washer, dryer, ironing board, iron in utility room off garage.
• Parking for two cars.
• Additional parking is available across the street in the owner's driveway upon request.
• Fenced back yard, supervise pets recommended due to small gaps.
• Starter Pack Supplies: Coffee, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies. Use what you need, leave the rest. Longer stays plan to restock.

House Rules
• No smoking or e-cigarettes inside.
• Max occupancy: 12 overnight, 20 for gatherings. Large, loud, late parties prohibited.
• Supervise pets, kennel if left alone in the home. Cats are prohibited, owner has severe allergy.
• Please, leave our home and furnishings in the condition found on arrival.
• Please, notify us of damages or issues immediately.
• My only checkout requests are to turn things off and lock up.
• Occasionally, host may need access to owner’s shed, doesn't require entry to main property.

Rentals over 28 days may be approved with accepted lease agreement.
