The neighborhood is very family friendly and is in a centralized location that provide you with access to everything in the city.
What makes this property unique
The property has a modern style design. The counter tops are custom cedar wood counter, two fully tile walk-in showers. This property was custom designed by me with the purpose in mind of it being a VRBO/Airbnb rental. It is designed to have everything guests will need for their stay. You are located within walking distance to the public Johnson City Country Club and park.
