North Johnson City Duplex~ Sweet Seclusion~ In The Heart Of The Tri-Cities

Welcome to our warm and inviting North Johnson City Duplex. This unit has the feel of being secluded in quiet tree tops but is literally a few minutes to everything Johnson City and all the Tri-Cities has to offer.

About the space:
You'll have the entire 900 sqft 2 bedroom/1 bath unit to yourself which includes private parking on the upper driveway, the covered patio and upper deck. Although this is an "upper" unit, it's built into the ridge, and there are minimal stairs. Just two of them actually, so while it's not handicapped accessible, it's a great choice for those looking for less stairs to navigate.

About the bedrooms:
We've set this space up to accommodate up to 6 people, and longer stays are welcomed. In bedroom #2, there is a queen size bed, and it bedroom #1, there are two twins with trundles. Each mattress on the twin bed is at least 10" thick and these beds are built to accommodate adults.

About the kitchen:
This is a fabulous kitchen to cook & bake in! It's an inviting space, with a huge granite island. Well stocked and the perfect place to cook in. You won't miss out, because the kitchen is open to the rest of the living area.

Other things to note:
This unit has a full bathroom (full size bathtub) with a washer and dryer.
High speed internet, Roku smart TV

This property is in an ideal location to get around to the Johnson City area, but also centrally located in the Tri-Cities area as well. It is located 20 minutes to Bristol Motor Speedway, 13 minutes to Gray, 5 min to I26, 20 min to Buffalo Mountain, and of course a short drive to downtown Johnson City.

Perfect!
We loved our stay in this perfect oasis! The cozy lodging was immaculate and spacious and had everything we needed and more. The host was so easy to communicate with and provided the warmest welcome note alongside farm-fresh eggs...what a special treat! The location was in close proximity to our family as well as being near all that the Johnson City area has to offer, yet it was extremely peaceful and private. We would definitely stay here again if the need arises when visiting family in the future. Best time!

This is a fabulous property situated close to everything the Tri-Cities has to offer, but because of it's location and positioning off the street, it feels incredibly private and secluded. This property has a comfortable, open floor plan, large kitchen and plenty of counter space for cooking, especially for it's 900sqft size.
