This is a Hawaiian paradise...A stunning large new property in the desert completely furnished , inluding a great room that is open and airy..
The theme is Hawaiian, as the Owner lives in Hawaii. The master has a CaL.King bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the den has queen pull out sofa bed. There are two full baths...shower in the second
bath and tub and separate shower in the master. The Den has computer hook ups and a desk, and the entire home has WIFI. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and Master bedroom . A very private retreat, and your own private pool. Most homeowners go to the club house to swim. And GOLF CART IS INCLUDED. Pool all redone and landscaping in 2023

Jay and Becky's summer in the desert

We rented this lovely home for 6 months over the summer. It was wonderful! Judy's house is very warm and inviting with all the amenities we needed for entertaining and enjoying the community. The Del Web location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The house is wonderfully furnished and felt like home right away! We miss it!

Comfortable home from home

My husband and I spent 4 months in the Aloha home, It was home from home, so very comfortable and a perfect design for entertaining, The lay out of this home is open scheme, bright and sunny. The furnishings are top quality and beautifully clean, we just walked in unpacked and started our great holiday season, we had nothing to do but have a good time. We decided to book this home again for next Jan. 1st after being there only two weeks, Judy and her family were wonderful to deal with.

Lovely and Embracing

What a lovely environment to call home. My husband went into the hospital in the middle of our move. Sadly he passed away. No new home had been purchased. I was lucky to be able to move in this rental because I was in no shape to be looking for a home. For 7 months I called this wonderful place home. It was like a cocoon to me with all the warm surroundings and space. I needed to grieve, I had such a good positive feeling in this home. I was able to enjoy the awesome pool and fabulous club. When I was lonely I was just minutes away from almost anything you can think of. The beautiful, pristine gym, the Martini bar, the restaurant with such a friendly staff always making me feel welcomed and so friendly. The community provides an array of activities. Aloha in the Desert is a perfect name for this home ALOHA mean's LOVE and that I did. It was good for the Soul.

Loved this house.

We have so enjoyed Judy’s beautiful home. Thanks so much for sharing it with us. All the electronic extras (free long distance from house phones, HD TV with HBO and SHOWTIME movies and On Demand and especially the fast wireless internet) were a great plus for us. It was a delight for me to use all of Judy’s beautiful dishes and art glass to set a great looking table for our guests. The kitchen, bath, and whole house was well stocked with everything from spices to laundry supplies. The lighted pool made for beautiful evenings in the backyard.

Very unique in that in is so large and has it's OWN POOL. Nice to have the privacy of your own pool. Open floor plan, high ceilings and crown moulding....You will feel like Hawaii in the desert....
