We were visiting to attend a wedding and this rental property was very close to the venue. It had a great yard for our dog, plenty of room for 4 adults, the kitchen was well stocked and the home was quite comfortable. We spent most of our free time on the screened in back porch enjoying a respite from the summer heat. The small town of Fairmount is very close by and we recommend both LaLouise Pizzeria and the Southern Creamery. We picked up our groceries in Jasper, but there is a local Dollar General for forgotten items in Fairmount. The owner, Robert, was great with communication. The area is more remote with a well packed gravel road the last mile in, but it was just what we were looking for.

Country Cabin

Well kept cabin perfect for my family and I. Plenty of space, plenty of amenities. We were in town for a baseball tournament and it felt a lot more like vacation than being stuck in a hotel.

Quiet Getaway

This was the perfect spot for a quiet getaway in between my son’s baseball games at LakePoint Sports Complex. The drive was easy and the space provided comfort for my parents to join us. The owner was quick to respond to questions and provided immediate support when the a/c had an issue. I would absolutely rent from this property, again. So much better than staying in a hotel!

Angela was delightful and very responsive. The AC had a glitch with a capacitor and I had it fixed in 24 hours and the group was very nice about it . I would love to have them back l. The air was under warranty and fixed and back down to 68 degrees and very cool.

Beautiful property. Home was clean and had everything we needed. More spacious than what he thought. We stayed with our 4 children for 3 nights for a football camp at Lakepoint Sports Complex. It’s definitely remote. It’s off a gravel road. Lakepoint is about a 45 minute drive and Atlanta was about an hour to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. We traveled down to ATL to eat and to enjoy the action of the World Cup. There’s a Kroger about 20 minutes away from the property. We went to La Louise pizzeria about 5 minutes away and it was really good. It’s very quiet. Surrounded by trees and you can see the mountains over the horizon. Love the deck view. It’s a nice place to come back to after a busy day. Owner was a great host.
