If you are traveling solo for business in the Henderson NC area this place is the bomb diggity. Fishing solo or team like we did was perfect! Great host.

Thanks for the great review Jack!! You are always welcome here at the tiny house! See you next time.
Great place for a getaway to unplug and enjoy nature. Pet friendly and the host is amazing. They seriously thought of everything you could possibly need and left a note for it. 10 out of 10!
The home was beautifully maintained. There were helpful notes about light switches, appliances, anything you could think of. The host supplied board games, drinks, shower products, cooking utensils, you name it. This is a functional, beautiful home, and surrounded by forest and open field strewn with wildflowers, it was a beautiful, relaxing getaway for myself, my husband, and our pup.
Incredibly cozy, with an attentive host who made every effort to make the tiny house a home (coffee, robes, great instructions). Well suited for cooking, enjoying the surrounding farmland, and having a break from your usual life. Definitely stay if you want a cozy getaway!

Ohhh thanks for the nice review! Love hosting couples that enjoy all of the little pleasures in life. Thanks again for choosing Wishing Creek for your getaway.
We loved this tiny place, very clean, it was quiet and private, I would for sure come back and hope to again soon. Everything was a top star for us. Everything we needed for our 2 day stay. I love the horse and mule to talk to and seeing all the birds and squirrels outside while enjoying my coffee. I also saw a cute cat watching us for afar. Thanks so much for our great stay!

Thanks Ryan! We love hosting and sharing our tiny house! You are always welcomed here.
THIS TINY HOUSE AND HOST ARE PERFECT! The host, Scott, clearly put a lot of thought and effort into anticipating the needs of renters, AND she added some touches just to spoil us and encourage us to practice self-care. The home was spotless... perfectly clean and welcoming. Comfortable. Bear in mind, it IS a tiny house with no couch or arm chairs. There are two comfy chairs around a small eating table and, of course, the beds. We spent most of our time sitting outside. There is no stove, but a hot plate, microwave, and airfryer/toasteroven appliance, along with an outside grill and a smoker so we didn't even miss not having a regular oven/stove. I loved sleeping near the window in the loft! The beds were comfy and the sheets felt soooo good! Communication with the host, Scott, was consistently timely and helpful. This place feels like a calming, safe haven from a chaotic world. 20 stars!! We highly recommend it for a quiet, relaxing get away. We also enjoyed the horses (I swear they understood every word we said to them), and the texas long horn cattle (and babies!) across the street.
