Do not set the pool heater above 86°F. Higher temperatures destroy pool chemicals. Any pool maintenance required will be charged to the guest.
Air Conditioning: Please keep doors/lanai sliders closed when the AC is operating. A fee for excessive usage will be charged for overage.

Excellent, newly renovated home by the canal. We had a great time, fishing on the dock and dining outdoors on the covered patio.The kitchen is a chef’s dream! It has all the equipment and dinnerware you can think of. And the pots and pans and everything are in great shape and so well organized.So many thoughtful amenities too; fishing rods, Board games, kayaks and more. we were even surprised with an extra surprise in the fridge.Nice and quiet neighborhood too.Thank You!

A Perfect Getaway!

This is an outstanding property! The kitchen has anything and everything you could need or want. The bathrooms are stocked with soft towels and travel size toiletries so if something was forgotten we were covered. All of the bedrooms were gorgeous with comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. Brand new beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler made our trip to the beach so much easier. The home is spacious and beautiful with more seating options than we could use. The outdoor space was our favorite! Our kids fished and swam while my husband grilled in the outdoor kitchen and watched the elite 8 games on TV and I relaxed on the amazing lounge chairs. It was a perfect long weekend trip! To top it off Charlie, the local property manager, was always available when we reached out, was considerate of our needs and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here next time we travel to the area!!

Paradise Cape Coral Property

This property is amazing. It’s located right on the canal in Cape Coral and conveniently located near many attractions in a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed all the special touches this home had to offer. The property owner was extremely accommodating and consistently responded within minutes. The property manager was also very helpful throughout our entire stay, offering assistance with amenities and recommendations for local attractions and cuisine. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome from the champagne chilling in the refrigerator to the toiletries in the restrooms and additional amenities for the kitchen to make our stay more comfortable. Kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, and umbrella and zipper cooler are also available on property. They really have thought of everything! Even though we were the first booking, everything was seamless. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Stay In A Home Away From Home

Could not have had a better experience thanks to Frank and Mary. This listing was the perfect combination of homehotel. Cozy and comfortable enough to feel at home but included the accommodations you’d find at a hotel. (Frank and Mary made sure to leave toiletries in each bathroom (perfect because I forgot mouth wash), the pool fountain came on each morning at 9am, and each room had a tv set up for easy streaming. Could go on and on about how clean the house was. Easy drive into down and in a very central location- we had no problem finding a grocery store and quickly stocked the kitchen. Also had a lovely little office space where I was able to take a few work calls in privacy. We spent the majority of our time in the outdoor space under the lanai- the house gets sunshine all day. Don’t be hesitant to book this spot- even though it’s a new listing it’s a gem. I assume it will be booked up in a few months.

Canal Oasis

Our stay in Cape Coral was amazing, thanks to this beautiful home offered by Mary and Frank. The home has every amenity you can think of. The accommodation is spotless, and it is very obvious that the owners have a high standard of what a rental should consist of. The home offered plenty of space to relax and/or entertain... inside the home or outside on the lanai. It had brand new and very comfortable furniture. Plenty of seating space. Mattresses are extremely comfortable with top of the line linens. Pool is super clean and has a great outdoor space. Everything was thought of. Front door has a keyless entry that is safe and convenient, no forgetting keys.Top of the line kitchen, Keurig dual coffee maker, brand new pans for cooking, kitchen equipped better than my at home kitchen.Mary and Frank had great communication and offered so many great recommendations on where to visit and eat. We decided to enjoy the beach a couple of days while we were visiting, and they supplied the beach chairs and umbrellas too. Seriously, everything was thought of. We did not take advantage of the fishing, but the home, which sits right on the canal, offers convenient fishing, kayaking and a dock for your boat. There will definitely be a next time. We spent two weeks at this amazing property in the beginning of February. The house is fantastic. It is spacious and comfortable, beautifully furnished, and the hosts have provided everything you could want to enjoy the home. We especially enjoyed using the heated pool, lounging or eating a meal in the lanai, sitting on the dock watching the fisherman in our group try his luck with the provided fishing equipment, and making meals in the best equipped kitchen I have ever cooked in! We also used the beach chairs and the cooler provided by the hosts for an afternoon at the beach. Mary and Frank were very gracious and accommodating hosts who quickly responded to any questions we had. They definitely go above and beyond for their guests as I can attest because when I arrived home, I realized that I had left a necklace on the dresser in the bedroom. I texted Mary and Frank, and within an hour, Charlie, the property manager, had found and secured the necklace for me. So grateful— but this is the type of hospitality and helpfulness we experienced all along. Great property—excellent hosts.

South facing exposure, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and gorgeous sunsets from an enclosed screened in lanai or extra long private captain's dock! Easy and convenient access to open waters (less than 2 miles from your backyard) directly from your back yard. The canal is wide and deep and has the second tallest bridge in Cape Coral which can fit most boats. Outdoor kitchen makes cooking a meal for the family a snap, includes a mini fridge and large bar area. Bedrooms boast new coastal style furniture and all bedding is new as well. Kitchen is well stocked for any discerning home cook. Very close to restaurants and bars. Also close proximity to pharmacy and supermarkets.
