I think we assumed that the name the company “Elite Vacation Rentals” that our house would have been a bit more updated. You could see damage to walls and mopboards. Cupboards were not all working, cooking utensils and knives were very poor. Nice selection of small appliances ! Ice maker did not work. Plenty of towels. Would have liked accessible features for getting into pool,showers and bathrooms. Over-priced for a ten day stay!

House was very clean and nice. Nice neighborhood. Good location for moving around the valley. Comfy furniture & beds. Had a few issues with pool area lights. They need to do something different with how they are turned on and off. A couple other minor issues that were taken care of fairly quickly. We would stay there again.

We were in town for son’s soccer showcase. We had a family of 6 that we needed to have a big enough space for. This house was definitely spacious enough for all 6 of us with room for a couple of more if needed. The house was nice and clean and just as pictures shown. Nice outdoor patio to sit out and enjoy the evening. There was a nice little tiki area with a built in ice chest that could be used if needed. Pool looked nice but was just chilly for use to utilize. Master bedroom was big with a very nice bathroom with walk in closet. Would recommend me this place to any one and would definitely think about staying there again if we are ever back in town.

Very nice family visit!

House was very clean and the layout was perfect for the 6 people we had staying. Could not find how to turn off lights around the pool and could not find any pool controls, but other than that the visit was great!!

Spacious and clean

This is a fantastic location and it is wonderful to have your own private backyard pool. We left the property provided ample towels and sheets for the house.

We were in the area to visit family and do some college touring. House is very conveniently located to local highways to get you where you might want to go. House is well taken care of; property manager very responsive to questions. Backyard area is very nice, and my kids enjoyed the pool and the sunshine! Lots of space in the house for everyone to have their privacy when they wanted it. I would definitely stay here again when in the area. Highly recommend.

Great place!

Exactly as expected with even more extras than we planned on (hand soap, garbage bags, paper towels, etc). Place is big enough to accommodate a large group and the bathrooms are very nice. Impressed with how clean it was when we arrived. And it was nice to have a garage to park in!

Great! Very comfortable and spacious for our family of 6

The only downside was the door to to outside had a second handle which appeared to be on purpose for a type of child lock to go outside but the bottom handle continued getting stuck making it difficult for anyone to enter or exit the home.

Great Location, Neighborhood and Hosts

This place has it all. It started with excellent customer service, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The space itself was big enough for four adults and two kids. Everyone was comfortable. If you go to Arizona for a baseball tourney, it is 15 minutes from Cactus Yards and Red Mountian baseball complex—plenty of amenities in the surrounding area. The pool was great for escaping the heat. I can not say enough good things about the house and the hosts. We will stay here again if the opportunity arises in the future.

Winter Getaway

Perfect house for our group. The home was very clean and pretty well stocked. We were there for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. The backyard was our favorite. Even though it was winter and we couldn’t enjoy the pool, we spent a lot time on the back porch and under the tiki hut grilling dinner and playing corn hole. We will definitely be back again!

Chandler - Harrisson property

Our family stayed at this property for over one week in vacation in July. The property was just as described. The amenities were fantastic including a full kitchen, gym, tiki bar and pool! The kids loved the pool. We were very comfortable in the 4 bedrooms. There were plenty of towels for the family. The neighborhood was also very good and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house and property was clean. There is plenty of space to relax. We cooked in house most nights and found all of the utensils we needed. We had trouble with the coffee maker the first morning and reached out for help. The host responded promptly and we found a resolution quickly.

Chandler Oasis

This house was very nice except the distinct odor of animal. We were very happy with the overall experience except that fact we searched "no pets or pet free" due to very dog and cat allergies and there was moatly definately an animal in the house before is arriving. The pool has a perfect layout but the filter or something needs to be changed. There ended up being little, thin, white flakes floating throughout the pool. I don't lile sounding negative but it was pretty hot outside and keeping cool in the pool was part of the plan. We tried to stay outside due to the pet dander and allergies. It is, what it is. We always make the best of life. Beautiful area and house. It should not say pet free or no pets because the odor couldn't be hidden.

Wonderful!

We had a few hiccups to start our trip but the property manager was incredible. The cleaning ladies accidentally locked the screen door so we couldn’t get in initially but got in the side door. The back door leading to the pool was a little tough to open and the pool was missing the basketball hoop that was shown, but after talking to the property manager, she sent someone over to fix the door AND put together a brand new basketball hoop! We chose this property mainly for the pool & with having teens the hoop was a HUGE reason we chose this place. GREAT customer service. We would stay here again anytime. The location is great, right on the edge of chandler, close to down town Gilbert. The lay out of the house is perfect for a family to stay, enjoy & relax!

Great place for a famiy vacation

We loved the open floor plan, bedrooms for everyone and of course the pool area. We did unfortunately start off with the smoke detector going off and the living room light had one working light and one that continually flickered. Called the after hours number and the gentleman offered to come over and fix those issues. He couldn't find a new battrery or light bulbs in the house. He disconnected the detector and said someone would come over tomorrow with the bulbs and battery. We were there for 4 more days and no one ever showed up. This was just a small issue with our stay. The overall experience was very enjoyable. We spent many hours in the pool and site seeing around Phoenix. We very much encourage people to stay here. I'm sure those little things are fixed and you will enjoy every minute like we did.

Great family gathering home

My extended family was in Chandler for a Celebration of Life for my sister. This was a perfect location for us to gather, tell stories, share meals with plenty of space. The home was very clean, well-equipped with comfy beds.
