Please ensure the door knobs aren't locked, only the Yale lock is locked, the windows are closed and locked.
Please turn the garage light off and leave the porch light on. Please leave the garage door opener on the counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
the thermostat is locked so that the AC can't go below 72 (or it negates my warranty) and the heat can't go above 80.
If you are staying more than 12-14 days we have a cleaner come in and do light housekeeping (sinks, toilets, tubs) vacuum and mop, light dusting.
An additional person can stay for $39/night. Early/late check in/out times possibly available for $50

We really enjoyed this property. It is comfortable in every way, including the kitchen, overall set up, beds, and pillows. It is within easy walking distance of a YMCA, grocery store, and restaurants downtown. Immaculate and AMAZING

When you book a rental you never quite know what you're in for until you arrive. There's tidy and comfortable, there's clean and impressive and then there's immaculate and amazing...and that's what this place was! The owner has gone over and above to supply her guests with every need you could possibly have. The townhome is brand new and everyhting in it is brand new. We felt like we were staying in a model home. The location was perfect, check in and out was a breeze along with great communication with the owner. Seriously not one thing to complain about or even a positive suggestion to make - she's got you covered in every area. We've rented through VRBO for years and this was by far our favorite rental. Thank you Caroline for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!

Johnstown is close to a lot of great things to do. It's "in the country" but also a nice city you can walk around, grab a bite to eat or shop at the local family owned grocery store to cook at home.

What makes this property unique

I built all of the furniture myself. I tried to create a relaxing but funky vibe that lets you enjoy your stay and have fun.
