Beautiful ground floor, 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and patio with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed in and 2 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Yes, we are very short walk from Nottingham Park, Lake and Beach. Hopefully you were able to get out and enjoy one of the many events held in the park such as the free concerts, dance performances and various food and beverage events. The property has a heated outdoor pool and three hot tubs on site so, hopefully you got in some good soaking time and relaxation. Also, as you mentioned we love that you can walk to many restaurants and shops for the condo. We love Ticino for some great Italian dishes and Bob Place for a huge sports bar menu. First time in Colorado!

My husband, 2 year old and mom stayed at this condo to enjoy our first trip to Colorado. We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was spacious and clean and situated close to the pool. The complex was overall quiet with a park and lake right across the way. We would definitely stay again!!

The heated outdoor, year-around pool and three hot tubs are definitely a favorite after a long day, crushing it in Vail or Beaver Creek. So relaxing and so nice to be outside just chilling and looking at the stars. Yes transportation to both Vail and Beaver Creek are made super easy and cost effective with our skier shuttles to both resorts. The modern gas fireplace definitely gives you a great mountain vibe. Always pleasant to have a great kitchen, we hope you found it stocked well with everything you would need to cook in house if desired. We liked that the unit was on the first floor, close parking, and access to pool right out back door. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking and plenty of room for our kids. Would definitely return.

As they say location, location, location and you are correct this condo is convenient to parking out the back and to the pool out the front. Great stay while attending the GoPro Games!

Well equipped, clean, lovely condo. Very convenient to the pool/hot tubs/sauna! Convenient location in Avon - close to SO MUCH (we were mostly in Vail & Eagle). We had 4 adults and the size was perfect. (there are also bunks in 1 of the rooms so our daughter & son-in-law could have brought their 2 young boys!) Had a great stay and would certainly stay there again & recommend! Only funny note is the dryer - it's in the front hall closet, next to the washer but placed as such that the dryer door only opens a few inches - need a pretty skinny arm to get your clothes in & out, lol!

Great location, free shuttle to BCR

This was a great property with free shuttle to the Beaver Creek city gondola which drops you off right at Beaver Creek Landing liftline. Pool and 2 hitting where we stayed, another hottub on other side of property. 2 bed 2 bath layout was perfect for the teen boys to have their space. Decently stocked kitchen utensils. Had to clean some of the dishes before use, but that wasn't the owners fault. Previous renter hid them in cupboard.

Best Christmas Ski Trip ever - Amazing Condo with easy Access

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this condo - great accommodations & super close to pool/hot tubs. Host shared outstanding details & info to make our stay much easier. On-site management also made for fast & convenient check-in, and Jake was professional & friendly, while providing concierge worthily assistance, information, and transportation help. The shuttles provide direct rides to Beaver Creek and Vail, making getting to ski slopes as easy as possible. Full kitchen, full sized table, gas fireplace, BBQ grill on patio, king size master w/private bathroom, while other room had bunk beds and queen bed. I cannot say enough nice things about this condo -- wished we owned it. It was Amazing and helped create lots of terrific memories with our family.

J1 is a great condo and has a nice price for all of the amenities that come with it. Jake and many of our staff are longtime employees and we are always happy to hear what a great guest experience they are providing our guests. It's nice to have "live" people on site to ask questions and suggestions. We try to inform all of our guests of how to get around, what to do and so on, but it is a lot of information. Again, great to have actual human beings to get answers from. Beaver Creek West's FREE skier shuttles to Vail and Beaver Creek are a very special amenity that our guests LOVE. Very convenient and saves you some money. The pool and hot tubs are just a short walk from the condo, and it feels so great to soak after a fantastic day on the slopes. Great place

The location of the condo is great. Super convenient to everything and the shuttle to the ski lift was perfect. The condo itself is nothing extravagant but it gave us (a family of four) everything we needed. **Two quick notes on the washer/dryer: it would be incredibly helpful if you swapped the position of the washer and dryer to allow access to the dryer. Additionally the washing machine also only washes everything as hot.**. That said that washer and dryer were a huge help. Being on the first floor was so nice. We backed the car right up to the door to load/unload, and we could walk right out to the pool and hot tub through the patio door. We would definitely stay here again

Awesome family condo

We were very impressed with this condo. We have stayed at another unit in Beaver Creek West before, but the bedroom with a bed and bunk beds in this unit made our stay very comfortable with our 3 kids. The place stayed pretty cool even though it was July, we just made sure to keep the fans going and the shades drawn when we weren’t there. The kitchen had every single thing we needed to cook family meals every evening. The first floor location was awesome to just be able to step out our back door to the pool. My teen loved the pickleball court on site and my two younger children loved the pool (only steps from the condo!) and how close the playground was. My husband used the on-site sauna most mornings while I went and walked a couple laps around the lake. Coffee on the back patio was so peaceful! Check-in was incredibly easy and we were able to park right in front of our front door most nights. The location can’t be beat- we are so thankful we got to stay here!

We have many rental condos at Beaver Creek West from one bedroom to four-bedroom condos, with all levels of pricing and condos to choose from. Yes, glad you figured out how to keep the condo cool, it's nice having evening temperatures in the 50's to help cool down. Also, with your family in the condo it's nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to save some $$$ by preparing meals in the condo once in a while. Ground level, near the pool is nice when you have three kids who want to swim all day. I am glad the condo and the location were able to meet your families expectations. Tired and very outdated

I seldom write reviews of the places I stay, but felt compelled after we stayed at this property. My husband and I rented this unit for our family of five. Beaver Creek West is conveniently located in Avon. The office staff were polite and helpful and the ground floor unit was situated closely to the pool and hot tub. The refrigerator and washing machine appeared newer then the other appliances. However, that is where I run out of complimentary things to say about this unit. The unit is accurately depicted in the photos. However, in person, it is extremely outdated and in need of some serious TLC. The furniture is old, beat up and looked dirty. The bedding was also tired and old. I wondered how often they washed the bedspreads and throw pillows. The top bunk sat so low to the bottom bunk that our six year old could not even sit up in the bed. The top bunk mattress was so deep that the side rails served zero purpose to prevent someone from rolling off the bed. The bathrooms were old and in a major need of an upgrade. The turn knob on the hall bathtub was broken so we couldn’t get the water to change from cold to hot. The master bathroom was extremely small. The first night we were there we had no hot water. We called the office and they said the maid service had probably used it all during the turnover process. We did have hot water the next day but because the water heater is so small we all had to take quick showers in fear of running out of hot water again. The carpet was old and very dirty. My children’s feet were black on the bottom from walking barefoot in the unit. We had a terrible time getting the heat to regulate in the unit, too. The coffee pot was a cheap one that’s top was broken off the unit. We ended up leaving two days early because we just couldn’t stand the condition of the unit any longer. Considering we were there to celebrate the new year, it was disappointing to leave. I would not recommend this unit to anyone unless there is a major upgrade and it certainly wasn’t worth the money we spent on it.

However, we are sorry to hear that the standard condo that you selected did not meet your expectations. We have shared your feedback with our staff to address the issues mentioned and to make sure everything is good for all future guests. We do try very hard to make everyone's stay with us a positive experience and we hope you come back to stay with us again but maybe next time in one of our more upgraded deluxe or premium condos? Although they are a little higher priced they have many more upgrades and would make your next stay more comfortable. Also, we invite you to contact the front desk during your vacation so that our maintenance staff can show you how to work the heating system as well as check the hot water heater for you. We want you to be comfortable during your stay! While all the other reviews rate this condo and our property as great (seven 5 out of 5 stars and one 4 out of 5 stars) we are very disappointed that you were unhappy with your accommodations. We would love to have you directly contact the Beaver Creek West front desk next time to see if we can help you pick out a condo that would be a great choice for you and your family. Condo was fantastic. Ground level. Kids loved the bunk beds as well as the pullout couch in the living room. Right next to Nottingham lake and the Avon pavilion. Property management were great to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Christmas Skiing

The unit was just as it was exactly like pictures and description. It was very clean, comfortable, and the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook dinner each night. We would recommend this unit and stay here again if we have the chance.
