Located near the University of South Florida and Busch Gardens, this unit comes with a 58" Roku TV in the living room and a 32" Roku TV in the master bedroom. Enjoy Prime Video on us! You'll also have free parking with this unit.

Additionally, You'll also have access to the community pool, game room, and gym located in the complex. There is a designated work space in the unit for those who need to get some work done while away from home.

A weekend for the boys

My son and his 3 friends enjoyed a bday weekend and chose to stay at this property. Outside of pool not being available it was all good.

Sebastian is attentive and helpful. It was very peaceful and quiet yet close to many things like USF and Busch Gardens. So you could go out and be busy and come home to peace. Reserved parking was a plus.

Home away from home

This home has everything you need. Two bathrooms and a second bedroom for our kids were a must. The host was very quick at responding and was very helpful. A full kitchen meant we were able to cook most of our meals, which saved us a lot of money. Walmart and target is really close too!
