This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo provides 2,130 square feet of beachfront living space including a spacious outdoor terrace.

These SkyYard Patios provide the best of both worlds, with a fully screened patio and an open-air extended balcony. With nothing but blue sky above, guests can walk out and sunbathe leisurely taking in the scenic elevated views.

SkyYard Patios are exclusive to the fourth, fifth, and penthouse floors. This one comes furnished with an outdoor dining table with seating for six, sun loungers, plus a lounge area with a television. It’s the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down the day with a sunset happy hour.

Inside, the interiors feature elevated ceilings, cool tiled floors, and modern fixtures. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wifi, and satellite television programming will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.

The living area comes furnished with plush sofa seating, plus an entertainment center with a television and audio system. Enjoy all the comforts of home plus oceanfront views throughout the living area.

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar includes everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Cookware, flatware, stemware, and cutlery are all provided.

Daily housekeeping is included throughout your stay (Except Sundays and Christmas Day). All linens, plus bath and beach towels, Toiletries, along with Paper Towels, Bathroom Tissue, and dish detergent are provided.

Each condo is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Laundry service is available by contacting the front desk.

A beautiful place to stay in the Cayman Islands

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations, and lots of rest and relaxation were had by all. The screened-in porch was a perfect place to work first thing in the mornings. The quiet and the beautiful blue and teal and turquoise colors of the vast sea were a picturesque backdrop for my work space. Beyond the screened-in porch is a large deck overlooking the property, pool, beach and ocean. Outfitted comfortably with 2 chaise lounge chairs, all of us enjoyed relaxing here. We did not rent a car and found everything we needed within walking distance: souvenir shops, essentials shopping for flip flops and many dining options. Miss Pipers is right next door. The vibe is tropical and the food is delicious! We ate there several times. The Marriott dining never disappoints!
