Why they chose this property
Port Charlotte is up and coming small town! Lots of activities, parks, trails, brand new Sunseeker Resort with day use area, restaurants and shops. 75 runs right through it and from there you have a short drive to Sarasota or Fort Myers which have a lot more to offer!
What makes this property unique
This home sleeps a large number of people comfortably which provides a unique opportunity for family reunion trip or large professional groups to stay together in one place.
