Honeymoon Retreat

We had an amazing time in Dansville for our honeymoon. The home was perfect for us to relax and take in the nature sights. The house is very remote but easily drive able to restaurants and places by 10-15 minutes. We were able to see many different waterfalls at Stonybrook and Letchworth State Parks. We also took a drive to Niagara. It was a clean place to stay with a full kitchen.

Upon arrival late in the evening on a snowy, Friday night I opened the front door and was greeted by the room dimly illuminated by the embers of the pellet stove. That moment set the tone for the entire trip.We had the perfect relaxing getaway after a long stressful week. The dimmable lights by the hot tub and the string lights leading to the sauna extended the ambiance from inside. After using the amenities we cozied up with a glass of wine by the pellet stove and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.The property is positioned in a beautiful location near the lake. We visited local breweries and restaurants, all in which were delicious and had their unique qualities. The Chalet was extremely well-kept and and clean. I enjoyed going through the binder and reading the story behind the building and the eco-friendly solutions they had.We unfortunately did not have the chance to spend time in the Fox Den, but it was beautifully designed and had a karaoke machine, old record player, games, and a theater nook.10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. Every detail was impeccable and we hope to visit again.

Non-Emergencies: For general issues, maintenance is available daily from 9 AM – 5 PM and will be addressed the following day if it is after 5pm.

Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently.

Hot Tub Service: The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay. We’ll notify you in advance. After servicing, please wait 30 minutes before using the tub to allow chemicals to circulate properly.

❄️ Snow Removal Notice:
Our plow service works diligently around the clock to clear driveways and keep the property accessible. Please keep in mind that they service multiple homes in the area, so we appreciate your patience and understanding if there’s a short wait during heavy snowfall.
