This place was way bigger than we expected. It was spotless too. The hot tub worked great. The location was excellent. And the rooms and beds were comfortable. It was way cooler staying here with my co-workers than in a hotel, and we still had our own rooms/privacy, but it allowed us to play board games and bond together in the evening after yummy Albuquerque dinners. Highly recommend.
Our stay at this VRBO was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and provided all the comforts of home. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Whether it was relaxing in the cozy space or exploring the surrounding area, every moment was enjoyable. We can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

So glad to hear you had a great stay Brandon! We’d be happy to host you again!
The outdoor space is tucked away in the back of the house and isn’t visible from any public sidewalks or streets. Out of the hundreds of bookings we’ve had across multiple platforms, this is the first anyone has mentioned a lack of privacy. In fact, we have reviews highlighting the privacy of the backyard. If you experienced an issue during your stay, please reach out and let us know!
Very clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive.

About the host
Hosted by Randy Bowen
We're Randy and Chloe Bowen! We have both lived in New Mexico our whole lives and love it here! Both of us love food and we have enjoyed many of the wonderful restaurants that have popped up in the recent years.
Why they chose this property
Huning Highlands is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Albuquerque and showcases some beautiful victorian style homes which is specific to this neighborhood. It is also very centrally located with award winning coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance of the house.
What makes this property unique
This property was completely renovated in 2024 and offers a very design forward aesthetic all while keeping a very "at home" kind of feel. Each bedroom is different and was inspired by the original owners of the house (the Korber family) and our three kids, Margot, Amelia and Jack.
