Modern custom design has outdoor living space on a 600 sq ft rooftop covered patio w/ balcony, that has the best and amazing views of the entire city of Albuquerque, Manzano & Sandia mountains, & downtown ABQ. The patio has an Outdoor kitchen, Bar, BBQ grill, sink, & gas Fire pit. Sleeps 13, 3 bedrooms w/ 9 beds: 1-king, 2-double, 2-twin, 1 king & 3-queen self inflatable air mattresses, plug in turn knob inflate/deflate (located in master closet along with extra blankets, pillows, sheets). Both Guest rooms have a trundle double beds with single bed underneath that rolls out. The living room and master bedroom have 8 sliding glass doors that open to the rooftop patio and has views of the city & mountains. Everything in this home is brand new, this house has never been lived in. This property is the ideal retreat is for 1-2 guests or a family of 13 seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay with breathtaking views next to the fire pit.

We really enjoyed the views of the city all night and even had a hot air balloon land in front of the house in the morning. The house seems brand new and very convenient to the highway to go into town.
