Rented and paid for a smoking, pet friendly room for two adults. At check in I was told no smoking rooms available and that they do not allow pets. After arguing for ten minutes the desk manager finally agreed to allow the dog if we carried it every where and not let it on the floor or furniture. Impossible but we did all we could. Went to bed and got out early. The room had stained carpet and a heavy smell of smoke. Front doors were locked when we tried to exit at 630 am. Had to wander the halls to find an exit that didn’t say it was an alarmed exit only.
