We have a large driveway for parking. The house is equipped with Central Heating and Central Air Conditioning. We are located in a neighborhood of Atlantic City off the beaten path yet minutes to Restaurants, Ice Cream Parlors, Casinos and Entertainment. This is wonderful house for the entire family.

2. No more then 10 occupants without prior approval.

3. We have strict noise ordinance, no loud music, no yelling, screaming.

4. Did we mention NO Parties - NO Events!

5. Garage is for Owners storage.

To assist us in offering low cleaning fees, we appreciate that you leave the house in clean order, as you found it.
