Excellent place to stay. Very clean house and property. We had no issues. Simple and easy checkin and checkout procedures. Lots of room and has a nice and cozy view over a portion of the river. Neighbors were cool as well. Definitely recommend and will do another stay if we are ever out there again. Thank you.

Spacious Family Reunion

An incredible amount of house space that easily accommodated 14, while also affording privacy. The parking situation was not as ideal, as we had to park our boat and truck off site. Cooking utensils were limited, but we made it work.

Awesome beautiful home, plenty of room, very peaceful and all the neighbors are wonderful very clean besides the couch. There was long dark human hair all over it and trash in the cracks.As a local that lives 5 mins away I rent a home in this cove every year just because of it. Its the best cove in the whole town!!! Truly the only thing that sucked with how much this house costs to rent, was you cant have any one stop by and say hello for 20 mins with out being charged for them as a person sleeping there . Communication on this was not listed. It didnt say no visitors. it does say costs extra for more guests staying there. I had 8 people on my reservation originally and ended up having to change it to 15 the day of to be safe cause if someone stopped by on their boat they couldn't even go use the bathroom if needed. if the extra bodies dont show up you're out of all that money. Moral of it i still only had the original 8 people sleeping in the house by night time and the rental company got a lot of money out of me for no reason .
