About the Space:
As you enter our beautifully designed single-story home, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The living room boasts large sofas, leather chairs, and a flat-screen TV, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring “The Hostess City.” The luxurious touches extend to the kitchen, where a large solid wood kitchen island, gas stove, coffee bar, and ample space invite both novice and experienced chefs to create culinary delights.
Bedrooms:
Retreat to one of the three beautifully appointed bedrooms for a rejuvenating night's sleep. Each room has been designed specifically to highlight characteristics of Savannah. The master suite is our Savannah Oaks room that features a king-sized bed, dresser, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a beautifully remodeled shower/tub. Our Georgia Peach room also features a king-sized bed and ample closet space. Both king-sized beds feature a luxurious organic cotton duvet, plush-down comforter, and premium linens. Our third bedroom, the Artist’s Room, is an ode to Savannah’s world-famous art school and artistic vibes throughout the city. The Artist’s room features a bunk bed with two double-sized beds, reading lights for each bunk, and a workstation.

We're a family unit of 8 and have been in the hospitality business for almost 20 years. We love hosting and making vacations as comforable and conveinent as possible! We live in the Myrtle Beach area and we enjoy beach days, hanging out as a family, playing video games, and cooking a lot! We love history and the beautiful outdoors, which is the initial reason we fell in love with Savannah!

We chose this neighborhood because of the large oak trees as well as the proximity to downtown. It makes it extremely easy to access all the best parts of the area!
What makes this property unique
We personally designed this property to truly feel like you're experiencing Savannah. A lot of our own personality and thought went into this home. We renovated it ourselves as well. We took out the entire kitchen wall to offer an open concept feel because we know how important it is to truly have time with the people you love and not feel closed off.
We wanted to offer a WOW factor with our handpainted mural and colors throughout the home. We highlighted all the best aspects of the area which include oak trees with spanish moss, bright colors, and artistic flare. Fun design mixed with our love of history all come together while also designing the space for groups that love to gather together. We don't like boring and we believe our home offers the upscale design that makes it feel like a nice hotel but with the relaxation of being in your own space.
