Family & Pet Friendly Home with Fenced Yard, between Downtown & Tybee!

Enjoy our spacious 3-bedroom ranch with a king-suite, perfect for a family (pets included) getaway! Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from downtown Savannah and 20 minutes from Tybee Island.

Stay in one of Savannah's classic-style neighborhoods with beautiful trees and a Spanish Moss canopy overtop of all ranches.

The neighborhood maintains a backdrop of the marsh and has plenty of beautiful options to enjoy nature nearby: walking trails, dog parks, and nature preserves.

Our Space:

- Outdoors: Spacious, large fully-fenced in backyard with plenty of space to play cornhole, connect 4, or relax in the Savannah sun with your whole group.

- Accessibility: No steps throughout the entire house, making a safer environment for children and all guests

- Living Area: Open gathering area great for family meals, game nights, and relaxing at the end of a long day at the beach. A large 55" smart TV with soundbar is perfect for movie nights - stream your favorites on Hulu or Paramount+ or login to your own streaming services.

- Home office: Private office with excellent Wi-Fi and a desk available

- Garage: Ping pong and Foosball tables for everyone's enjoyment

- Bedrooms: Calm and clean with TV's in each room for your entertainment.

- Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen, desirable for making your getaway the perfect experience if you aren't tasting some incredible local cuisines!

- Bathrooms: The home is equipped with 2 full bathrooms, one attached to the King-suite and the other centrally located in the home. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair-dryers, make-up towels and more for your convenience.

You will experience a cozy home, capturing everyone's love for what Savannah has to offer. Board games for older children and amenities including high-chair/pack n' play for smaller children.

Pet-friendly amenities such as:

- Dog bed
- Dog toys
- Food and water bowl
- Pet waste bags & Scooper

Late check-out fees may be charged for every 30min past 10am checkout time. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule to prepare the home for our next guests!

Please note our lawncare service comes briefly 2x per month (usually every other Monday) to mow the front and back yard areas.

Local trash service comes by on Tuesdays and will pull the bins out from behind the fenced area.

Perfect location for our visit to Savannah it was no more than a 10 or 15 minute drive to anything and everything. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was great for our group and well set up for those traveling with pets. Our dogs loved the yard. The Hosts had the home well stocked for people too. We would stay again.

The house was very clean and stocked with everything that you needed. The host was very accommodating and he let me know ahead of time that the washer did not work, so he refunded me 100.00 dollars for the inconvenience. My dog enjoyed the back yard! I love the mattress in the master bedroom. I will definitely recommend this place!

Alex was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The home was warm and inviting. Super close to downtown. The backyard was great with its sitting area, grill, open space, and fire pit. Perfect Family Spot

We are driving from Ohio to Florida and needed a place to stay overnight to break up the drive. This home was absolutely perfect for my husband and I, our 4 kids and my in-laws. David was so friendly and always quick to respond - whether it was questions about booking or restaurant recommendations, he was always helpful! There was plenty of room, everything was so clean, and there were plenty of activities for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Best stocked kitchen!

We joined my siblings for a family reunion. We all enjoy cooking big dinners together and agreed this was the best stocked kitchen anywhere. Lots of new pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses. Everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood close to historic area and perfect for hour long morning runs. Beds were comfortable and dog friendly accomodations for our little pooch. I’d give it a 10!

The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful - provides the perfect backdrop for a family getaway. You also can't beat the location, less than 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Savannah in one direction then 15-20 minutes to beautiful Tybee Island and the beach in the other! Best of both worlds :)
