The place was as what was posted online. The property manager is very responsive. However, there are several things that need to be addressed/improved regarding this property:1. The electrical line is possibly outdated - My family and I used the two space heaters they provided and the power went out. The electrical lines were busted and we had to ask the neighbor where to find the breaker just to get things working again. It was inconvenient because the short-circuit happened late night. And even with the reset through the breaker, the outlets in the kitchen area didn’t work until we checked out.2. There is a strict no smoking policy but you will get dizzy and high with the smell of weed coming from next door, specifically, the kitchen area. We left and dined out because the smell was getting terrible and two of my family members’ asthma was getting triggered. The smell is not faint. It was very strong where it came to a point you can smell it in the bedroom. I’ve communicated this with the property manager but sadly, it was not never addressed until we checked out.3. Manual garage door is hard to open. I think it needs to be greased because it was always a struggle to use it. Not to mention, the inside needs to be cleaned. There was no light as well so it was dark and dirty inside the garage.The property was in terms of layout, accessibility, and neighborhood overall. However, management seriously needs to consider things mentioned to ensure quality stay for clients.
