Experience the epitome of modern Charleston living in this stunning, brand new, 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom vacation rental apartment, aptly named The Chateau. Nestled in the heart of downtown Charleston, this luxurious abode offers an unbeatable location with Upper King Street, just a block away, serving as the hub for Charleston's vibrant nightlife. The shopping district, the historic district ,and Charleston City Market are a 10-15 minute walk.

Upon arrival, guests can access the unit via a personal entry code on the electronic keypad, leading to a private entrance door. The elegant staircase beckons, guiding you to the expansive open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, perfect for unwinding and socializing with your group. The living room's glass doors seamlessly connect to a balcony overlooking St. Phillip Street, providing a refreshing escape and a glimpse into the bustling downtown scene. The first floor also features a bedroom with two twin beds, boasting a picturesque view of Cannon Street.

The second floor is home to the remaining bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, one boasts a queen-size bed, another queen sized bunk beds and the final bedroom showcases two twin beds.

For those who prefer to venture off the peninsula, The Chateau offers free parking, conveniently located just two blocks away on Saint Phillip Street. Your hosts at Charleston Vacays are happy to arrange a ride from your vehicle to The Chateau between 10AM and 5PM.

Free parking is available about two blocks away in a private lot owned by Charleston Vacays. We'll send you the details after you book. Please note there is no on-site parking at the property.

If you'd prefer to park closer, street parking passes are available for purchase, but parking is not guaranteed—it's first come, first served.

If you choose street parking, please read all street signs carefully, especially for street sweeping days. The city may tow cars that are parked illegally, and Charleston Vacays is not responsible for any fines or towing.

This unit is accessible by stairs ONLY. There is no elevator. The main floor is up a large staircase (pictured in the listing.)

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: The hot tub is routinely serviced on the FIRST THURSDAY of every month. Charleston Vacays' team services it on every checkout otherwise. If your reservation contains the first Thursday of the month, our technician will need access into your unit. Guests are not required to be present, however, please understand that this is NOT an optional service. Our technician will enter the property whether guests are there or not in order to keep our hot tub in working condition. Additional service can potentially be scheduled upon request but is not guaranteed.
