Cabin property was well maintained. Area was very quiet and peaceful. well stocked with kitchen ware and bath towels . Beautiful location with running river within walking distance.
Great location. A quiet neighborhood. About 45 minutes from Yellowstone. The only thing that could have made it better was to have ceiling fans to have air movement in the home. Would stay again!
The cabin was clean and tidy. The proximity to Yellowstone was great. Kitchen was stocked with most of the items a person would need to cook meals. Better get groceries before arrival though, the nearest stores only have foods with long shelf life.
The cabin was awesome! It was very comfortable and cozy. Very clean and fresh. The area outside afforded a great play area for the children. It was a great experience for all of us and we will be back someday.
Beautiful, sparkling clean, remote cabin in a small community. The cabin had everything we needed, and plenty of space and a nice outdoor area to roam. We did not realize there would be no cell service or internet for a good hour+ in any direction of the cabin-not a problem per se but wished it was advertised a little more directly in the listing. All in all lovely place!
Really nice cabin and thoroughly enjoyed. Quite comfortable and stocked with about everything you might need. Although not a deal breaker there were quite a few dead flys on the floor and quite a few flying around. Also old coffee grounds in coffee filter basket.
I would still re-rent this cabin in a heartbeat.
Thank you Cody Lodging!
Loved the property and the location. The Cabin was well kept and had everything we needed. The pictures on the internet did not do it justice. I would have loved to understand a bit more of the elevation and distance from activities and stores before hand to plan better. Also, this place is in an area where all of the neighbors own the lots close to the river so you have to leave the area to go fishing. Plan ahead on the route and go through Cody if you are coming from the East. Our GPS took us through Montana on RT 212 which took us over 1,100 ft elevation. (Top of the World) Going through Cody was a less drastic drive. Did love the views. Yellowstone's North East entrance is approximately 45 mins from the cabin. However, you have to drive a few hundred miles to see all of the attractions in the park. We did love that the N/E entrance because we saw many Bison, Longhorns, Bear and Elk. No Shortage of views. No CELL service for miles in this area. Very secluded. Overall we loved the experience. Will visit it again.
We enjoyed our stay in this little cabin. The location is perfect to the Beartooths.
This cabin was easy to find and had everything we could ask for on our little trip. I would stay in this cabin again or one of their other properties. We were able to quickly get to our activities like hiking, fishing, and mountain goat watching. The cabin even provided our own animal watching with hummingbirds, chipmunks, and deer. A wonderful place to be!
This is very homely cabin, situated in a very quiet location not far from Cooke City and Beartooth Highway. Because of the problems of flooding in Yellowstone we could not visit the Park as planned, but in spite of this we had a very enjoyable three-night stay. So many little features in the cabin made it feel like a home from home. Thank you to all concerned.

Unbelievably beautiful cabin, property and area. Full of detail in every aspect. Very comfortable inside and out and permanent residents are friendly. Quiet and off the road enough to feel close to nature.
This was the perfect location for us to land during our trip. Easy access to the Northeast entrance of Yellowstone and to Cody to enjoy the rodeo. The property was clean and comfortable. The night sky view was amazing!
The pictures do not do justice for this property. The home and yard is beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make meals. We used this for our home base for visiting Yellowstone with the road closure between Tower-Roosevelt and Canyon Village and the 45 mph speed limit we were about 4 hours from Old Faithful. So be sure to plan for a long day if you will be visiting there. The cabin sits in the Big Horn Mountains. Amazing views at the cabin and in every direction you go. Would definitely stay here again.
Great cabin with lots of room and extras provided by owner. Owner provide DVD’s to watch for down time, no local or satellite TV service. Beautiful scenery and close to Yellowstone. Very isolated, no cell or WiFi services for miles. Be prepared. Closest town does not have cell service.
Bring plenty of bug spray. Check in was confusing- it would have helped to include that each cabin was numbered and what number was our cabin. We were told it was on the right. Not specific enough and keys did not work will all the locks. We checked in after office hours and had no way of contacting anyone for help.
This ended up being more than we expected. The surroundings were breathtaking. The home was beautiful. Location was far away from park but the drive was amazing. Thank you so much.
This cabin delivers much more than what the pictures show. The kitchen has everything you need to do your cooking. The fire pit is great and the cabin is well stocked with burning wood. The river is just 30 feet away and the fishing is quite remarkable. I rented a different property in the same settlement two years ago and each time I had a great success with the brookies and ranbows in the river. Will come again.
