Our home location has the best of it all - minutes from shopping but in a neighborhood that feels removed from the hustle and bustle.

Rooms & Sizes
This beautiful home in Evans is in the gorgeous Bartram Trail neighborhood - one of the most gorgeous in the Augusta metro and home to excellent socials at Tavern on the Trail clubhouse! This awesome house features 4 spacious bedrooms with an option for a more sleeping arrangements (see below for more details).
The first floor opens to a large open floor concept with dining room, living room, kitchen and office adjacencies, a half bath, washer and dryer, and garage access for a gym (see picture for all gym amenities). The master bedroom is the on the first floor, has an enormous master bath with an extra large deep tub and spacious bright shower, plus his and her sinks.

The second floor hosts the other 3 bedrooms, with 2 of the bedrooms having direct access to a full bath. NOTE: One room is pictured twice with different decor. We are undergoing updates but the room size will be the same as pictured.

All full baths are equipped with:
-fresh white towels
-fresh white wash-clothes
-Shampoo, conditioner and body wash of your choice (to be coordinated with owner prior to arrival)

-Ever heard of a brand called LoveSac? Think large high-end bean bag without the beans. Ours are by Corduroy. We have king size and double size that are available for extra sleeping arrangements. They can be opened and laid out in Bedroom 3 and can easily accommodate 3-4 youth or teens. When shook out they are approximately 10" thick. Linens are available for both as well if needed.

Things to do:
Like to be active while on vacation? Our home offers the most direct access to the Euchee Creek Recreational Trail of nearly any home in town! Access is out the front door. Head down the trail for a for a flatter option for a 7 mile out-and-back option, or up the trail with gentle rolling hills that hug the Patriots Park county park, where you can find fields for baseball, soccer and frisbee golf, plus pickleball courts (paddles and ball available). Take the trail around the park and it offers various locations to re-enter the neighborhood. The beauty of this neighborhood warrants its very own walk!

Our special own clubhouse! The owners are neighborhood residents so take great pride in providing an enjoyable experience, great food and drink, plus serene views of the putting greens, a lake and beautiful forests.

Our home includes 2 spoiled dogs - a Rhodesian Ridgeback and Golden Retriever. Please take note if you have strong pet allergies. While the house will be cleaned prior to your arrival, and the dogs will not enter it afterwards, we cannot guarantee 100% pet allergen mitigation.
