The property is totally exquisite & beautiful! It’s in the perfect spot to be peaceful, yet not too far to go have fun!! Meggin & Andy are the best host you can ask for! We’ll definitely be back for sure!
We loved the property and the accommodations. The cabin has literally anything you could ever need. Location is perfect to get to lots of local events and attractions. We enjoyed our stay so much!
Quaint little cabin in the woods, cozy, quiet, and beautiful! Excellent communication from the host and everything you need is there. Will definitely be back..
Meggin was a wonderful host with quick response to any questions I had with the booking. The place was just perfect for my friends and I to hang out and just unwind. I will for sure book again in the future. 10/10 recommend this place!
Everything was just amazing! The home is just darling and all the details are well placed and thought out from kickbacks to pillows on the couch. We wanted/needed for nothing… kitchen stocked, bathrooms stocked, comfy beds, games, pool… I could go on and on! The location is peaceful and centrally located to wimberley for swimming in the Blue Hole & Cypress Falls & tubing the Guadalupe in New Braunfels. My advice:Go, stay, relax & enjoy as much as we did Also it passed the test of 2 thirteen year old girls! (that’s hard to do y’all)
Meggin has thoughtfully added every accoutrement staged in all the areas you might need something!! It has a spa-like feel in quiet, secluded space that is all about Texas hospitality!! And beyond the visual appeal, the beds are remarkable and will cradle you off to sleep. This cabin is the consummate addition to any stay at the edge of the Texas Hill Country. Myself, my friends all agree we will be back — we even talked about making the cabin the destination and just relax in the luxury of the surroundings. Thank you Meggin for making this available!
We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! The beds were very comfortable with great linens, and the kitchen was well-stocked, the stove worked perfectly and having a dishwasher was a nice bonus. The cabin has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub, which made it convenient for our group of four, but anymore than that might be a challenge waiting for the shower to open up. I enjoyed the bathtub. Water pressure was great with plenty of hot water and towels. Just a few notes for future guests: the stairs to the second floor are steep, so just something to be mindful of (though it wasn’t an issue for us). The upstairs bathroom could have been cleaned a little better, as we noticed old toothpaste in the sink and the tub wasn’t as clean as we expected. Also, the door to the downstairs bedroom with the bunk beds didn’t close or lock properly. The outside grounds were absolutely beautiful — we wish we had stayed another night! We would definitely love to come back. The only real challenge was getting the key. Since we all arrived separately, it was tricky coordinating because the host only allowed me to pick it up, and cell service was spotty in the area. I’m more used to self check-in options, but the hosts were very kind and accommodating when we arrived.Overall, we had a fantastic trip and would happily stay here again!
We just fell in love with this 5 acre oak filled property and cant wait to share it with you!
