The host, April, was welcoming from the start. The cottage on the bay is decorated beautifully and was noticeably newly updated and extremely clean. I’d recommend waking early to watch the sunrise over the bay. It’s exquisite to say the least! I wish I could have stayed longer!

We were so pleased with our stay in the North Beach cottage. It is comfortably nestled in a quaint, quiet and friendly community on the shores of the Chesapeake, close by to all conveniences and a lovely boardwalk paralleling charming little shops and restaurants. The late afternoon breezes off the bay were glorious as we watched the ships sail by in the distant, and the crab pots bouncing crab pots with the movement of the waves. We were most impressed by the effective, timely and thorough communication established by April, our host. We were grateful for the candid information regarding the venue shared beforehand. We were able to immediately feel at home in this impeccably clean, comfortably furnished cottage knowing where everything was located in the house. The well appointed kitchen made our meal preparation a pleasure. My husband and I heartily recommend this lovely setting to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was sensational! The home is nicely updated with everything we needed and had comfy beds. The host was very quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We loved the thoughtful items that were left for us when we arrived. The home is a quick five-minute drive to the beach. We would love to visit again.

Lovely modern waterfront home

We took a short weekend trip here over 4th of July weekend and it was perfect. The property was immaculate, newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It was extremely clean and cozy. Bonus was that there were toys for our young kids to enjoy and play with, and an amazing view that included being able to see fireworks from the home! Showers has great water pressure and we appreciated the inclusion of toiletries, linens, and towels. We didn’t cook but everything is there to whip up a homemade meal. Host communication was clear and prompt. Would definitely consider staying again!

What a view!
