Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking for 5 cars max. Park according to the signs on the property. Parking more than 5 cars will result in a fine of $500.
Dogs must be on a leash when outside. There is a $500 fine for allowing your dog outside not on a leash and for not picking up after your pet.
