Relax in the large beautifully landscaped backyard equipped w/ fire pit, grill, & outdoor dining area. Explore nature trails, Mary's Lake & 3 parks just a few blocks away. Located 3 mi. from KU & downtown Mass. St., & under 5 mi. from the hospital. Ideal for families, friends, business & traveling nurses. Conveniently located off K-10 hwy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, seasonings, pots, pans and a few extras. There is a washer & dryer in the unit for your convenience & also on-site parking. Our house is a duplex, with the VRBO Unit A on the main floor & Unit B in the basement. The backyard is the only shared space. Both units have separate entrances & doorbells, ensuring privacy. Unit A does not have access to Unit B & vice versa. Enjoy your stay with peace of mind of independent living spaces.
