There were great ocean views from living room/deck area and 2 of 3 bedrooms. The unit seemed clean but they need to invest in some new sheets & towels.. pretty tired. My biggest gripe— and I normally do not have one for an ocean trip- is that I’m a senior Grandma that invited family & granddaughters here for3 nights/2 days. No beach access as shown in pictures online— they had to have added that detail after my booking because I would not have chosen this with a bad knee and kids coming. The weather was extremely windy.. but no excuse for a disgusting looking pool … no upkeep to it that we saw while there. Cannot use beach and as an excuse when right down the road, Wild Dunes Resort pools were spotless. Too pricey for what we experienced!

Thank you for your feedback! We will share your review of the sheets and towels with our housekeeping team to address those issues. Due to natural beach conditions, the beach must undergo renourishment. That said, the City of Isle of Palms and the Seascape Regime has taken precautions to protect the Seascape Villas building and its guests, including using sandbags and closing the beach access. The closure of the Seascape beach access is not shown in photos but is listed under the amenities tab in "About this property."
Beachfront properties can often be very windy, and this can cause sand to get into the beachfront swimming pool. I can assure you that the pool is cleaned regularly. Since your stay, the Seascape Regime has installed temporary silt fencing to prevent more sand from entering. Once again, we hope to host you again under better circumstances.
My adult children and their significant others joined me at this beautiful condo. I was celebrating the end of a year battling cancer, and the accommodations and location were perfect for relaxing and spending family time. The ocean-front view was exceptional, from the large porch as well as living room and bedroom windows. The condo was beautifully furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The community pool was smallish, but there were never many people there so it was not crowded. We liked that there was a shower spot when we came off the beach so we did not track sand inside with us. The bedroom close to the condo door was very dark, no incoming sunshine, but since we were outside most of the time it was not a big drawback. This unit is at the end of the hallway, so it was quiet from foot traffic. The kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking and eating. The bathrooms were very nice with great showers. We really enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back another time!
