Fully appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car garage luxury vacation rental called Flamingo Hideaway! With tropical & colorful furnishings - and decor reminiscent of high-end Tommy Bahama style - the bedrooms are generously sized (2 Kings & 1 Queen). This home has new travertine floors and tumbled stone baths, and a Spanish barrel tile roof. The open granite kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a large bar island, lots of counter space, and a breakfast area. Enjoy coffee on the private covered patio in the mornings, and relax in front of the stone wood-burning fireplace on cool evenings. This home offers Fiesta dishware, luxurious bath towels, and silky bed sheets. The comfortable master suite has crown molding, an extra-large walk-in closet, and a whirlpool tub. The other bedrooms are generously sized with walk-in closets. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV, and there is an over sized 60' Smart TV in the family room with a built-in wireless connection for your phone, tablet or laptop. Enjoy surround sound while watching TV and/or movies (music channels included), and in addition, the home is equipped with a wireless printer to print from any device to the printer.

This home is within walking or golf cart distance to the Wellington Equestrian Showgrounds, and is located within the Equestrian Walk subdivision. Just minutes to shops and restaurants - from take-out to fine dining. Easy access to all area amenities including the Wellington Green Mall, the Tackeria, Wellington community center & pool, Lion Country Safari, City Place, West Palm Beach Convention Center, Palm Beach's famous Worth Avenue, the Kravis Center for the Arts, Rapids Water Park, and the Veterans Hospital. Wellington has fantastic weather all year round to enjoy numerous beaches, tennis, golf and water sports. The weather in summer usually ranges between 80-92 degrees and the Atlantic Ocean water temperature normally remains in the high seventies. There is easy access to major roadways leading to all areas of interest (including the Florida Turnpike and I-95), and other transportation systems available are the Palm Beach International Airport and Brightline Rail System that runs between Orlando to Miami. We are located only 2 1/2 hours by car from Orlando and it's attractions. Bring the family and enjoy sunny south Florida!

We do allow pets however please note that certain dog breeds are disallowed due to insurance. The following paragraph is in our rental agreement if the Traveler will be bringing a dog--

"Traveler/guest certifies their dogs are not any of the following:

Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Bull Mastiff, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Pitt Bull Terrier, American Stafford Terrier, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Wolf/Dog hybrid or a mixed breed linked to any of the breeds described in this schedule, or any trained attack or fighting dog."

Great place to stay!

Wonderful visit! The house is beautiful and CLEAN! It is in a perfect location for horse enthusiasts! Close to everything and easy to get around. You are no more than 10 minutes away from everything (malls, restaurants, movies, parks, grocery, even dog runs) and 2 minutes from the polo stadium.

Amazing rental experience!

My fiance' and I were relocating to Florida and searching for a home to rent until we were able to purchase a home. We came across the amazing Flamingo Hideaway and immediately checked the available dates to see if it would fit our schedule. The home was available so I contacted the owner Cheri to schedule a tour of the property. To my surprise, she responded within an hour of my initial phone call and we visited the home that afternoon. The property was immaculate and the attention to detail was very clear throughout the home. The property is very dog friendly which was also a huge plus! After the home tour and spending some time speaking with Cheri we booked the rental that afternoon. Cheri made the entire process so easy for us and we loved the home! The home is meticulously cared for with regular pest control, cleaning services, lawn care, internet, cable, and much more. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and the proximity to the equestrian show grounds is perfect! There is plenty of shopping within a quick five minute drive to a local shopping center with a grocery store, banks, gas, restaurants, and more. We enjoyed countless mornings watching the incredible sunrises and relaxing evenings after a long day on the large screened-in patio. After a few months of enjoying the property our new home was finally ready for us and we had to check-out of the Flamingo Hideaway. If you are looking for a short-term or long-term rental in Wellington, FL this is the place! Stop searching and book now, you won't be disappointed.

I cannot begin to describe the wonderful house "Flamingo Hideway" and the owner, Cheri. The moment we toured the house to rent for a 4 month stay, I knew this was the one. Very well decorated, (love the flamingos) clean, all the comforts are provided for. This house has all one needs for a short stay and certainly for a long stay. The house is well maintained and did I mention "clean". The location is one that is easy to dining and shopping, yet restful and tranquil at night. We loved sitting outside in the screened patio to have coffee first thing in the morning to ending the day there. Thank you Cheri for making our stay great and it felt like coming home every day.

Second visit to this wonderful home!

This was our second stay at the Flamingo Hideaway and was even better than we remembered! We absolutely love this home, and Cheri is a pleasure to do business with. The house is tucked away in a tranquil neighborhood, yet still a few minutes drive to plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment. Cheri thinks of everything and you feel welcome and "at home" as soon as you walk through the door. We love the screened in sunroom for morning coffee and the music/intercom system allows you to listen to music in every room - even outside! This is definitely not the usual rental house experience. Everything from the beautiful landscaping to the high end furnishings allow you to enjoy the lavish Wellington experience. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Cheri!

Fabulous Flamingo Hideaway in Welly

I highly recommend the Flaming Hideaway! This house is absolutely perfect in every way. Cheri is a delightful and went out of her way to accommodate us. The Hideaway is beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. Cheri definitely thought of everything. The neighborhood is wonderful for taking walks at night and it is close to many great restaurants and shopping. The screened porch is a great place to spend relaxing mornings with your cup of coffee - and the ceiling fans were a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks Cheri!

Winter in Welly

The house was the perfect location for us! We were there to participate at WEF and there were some days when we walked to the showgrounds! The house itself is quite comfortable with furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. While the houses in the neighborhood are fairly close together (something we're not used to), the corner lot and landscaping offered privacy. The screened porch was where I spent a good deal of time. We fully enjoyed our home away from home. Finally, you could not find a nicer landlord! I highly recommend Flamingo Hideaway!

Perfectly apportioned getaway home

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Flsmingo Hideaway in early December between our move from West Pslm a beach to Palm City. After a grueling six-week pack and move process, we were looking for a comfortable 'safe haven' to relax and unwind before unpacking in our new home in Palm City. Flamingo Hideaway was the perfect getaway! We enjoyed the beautifully decorated, full amenities, where we had every convenience we could ever imagine...and more. The quiet, friendly neighborhood was the perfect spot to re-charge our batteries. In the short week we stayed there, it felt like home. Highly recommend this great and warm home.

Relaxing stay, lots of space, good base for activities

Family of four had a very enjoyable stay over Christmas and New Year. Very nice decor with plenty of space, including three bathrooms. We enjoyed running locally on the trails by the canals, and at local nature reserves with abundant wildlife ... birds, alligators, turtles and iguanas too. Further afield, we made trips to canoe on Loxahatchee River, visit Delray Beach, Arthur Marshall wildlife Reserve, John MacArthur State Park Beach, and much more.

Wonderful Vacation House

My family recently spent a week at the Flamingo Hideaway and loved it. The house is comfortably decorated and was fully stocked with all the essentials. It gave us a wonderful place to relax and recharge on our trip. The enclosed patio allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. Cheri not only rents a clean and pleasant home she is easy to work with and truly wants her guest to have the best vacation possible. We will stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

Equestrian Renters

Our stay at Flamingo Hideaway was fabulous. The house was immaculately clean and the owner thought of everything we could possibly need for our stay. It truly is a place to bring your clothes and move right in. We rented for the winter equestrian festival season and the proximity to the show couldn't have been better for us. My husband Pete and I have lived here for 40+ years and have raised our family here. I am a local real estate agent and my husband is a CPA, and we can't imagine living anywhere else.

Why they chose this property

Having the comforts of home while on vacation is important - luxurious and upscale furnishings make it more special. A vacation rental should be as nice or even better than what we have at home! I wanted a way to offer those amenities to South Florida vacationers in my hometown of Wellington. We also own Pineapple Place in the same subdivision, and have been pleased to host wonderful visitors.

Flamingo Hideaway is a tropical and relaxing place to enjoy the South Florida lifestyle. It is within walking or golf cart distance to the Wellington Equestrian Showgrounds, but you don't have to be an equestrian to appreciate it! I live and work locally, and I am available for any questions before, during, or after your stay. We also own Pineapple Place in the same subdivision.
