This property is the quintessential beach house! It is close to everything- the beaches, dining, and the fishing jetty. Our family loved the deck/outdoor seating and the living room area. The room set-up was also very functional especially the lower-level bedrooms and the comfy family room downstairs. We also appreciated the beach toys!We are hoping to return next year with our growing family! Thank you for a great week!

Little piece of Paradise

Beautiful place & property! Clean & so close to the beaches! Would come back in a second! Owners were great to communicate with & very accommodating. Overall, 5 star stay!

Lovely two-story cottage/house with awesome family space, with two bedrooms up and two down, which worked great for us. The 3/4 wrap-around porch is awesome for breakfasts and dinners for eight people. The house includes many small details beachgoers love: beach towels, chairs, etc., and an outside shower. A special note of thanks for specific attention to details, such as beds made, shampoos in the showers, coffee for the Kurig, and a supply of plastic baggies (sandwiches for the beach!), foil, etc. Although the kitchen's a little small and quirky (need to bring your own cooking spices), the grill on the outside deck suited us great. We really enjoyed our week-long stay and Meagan's hospitality. She's very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great beach house a short ride from beaches, Block Island Ferry, and restaurants. Clean, spacious, with a great deck and outdoor shower. Walking distance to Iggy's.. we loved exploring the area and coming back to the house to relax.
